Shown here: INDOT's FEIS- Appendix E presentation to Federal Highway Administration to gain tier 1 approval for I-69 on 3-C: COUNT US! has always
been critical of INDOT stealth.
As we imagine a built I-69, this page is dedicated to documenting the basis for our projection of I-69 in Morgan County. It supports our pages: What would I-69 Look Like at Bloomington and Martinsville? From the Final Environmental Impact Study (FEIS), Appendix E. To access the INDOT Appendix E as a PDF Download, click here, or copy this URL: http://deis.i69indyevn.org/FEIS/Vol2-Appendixes/PDF/Appendix_E.pdf Read the tables below as numbered (1 thru 4) to represent travel from South-West to North-East from Bloomington through Martinsville. Note: Typical section I is used for both Martinsville and Bloomington. |

the Tier 2!!!

The public was never shown the drawings from the Tier 1 DEIS, FEIS and through the official Record of decision. What was official was not even presented as an option in public meetings: ![]() click here to see larger Section 6 consultants ignorant of Approved Cross Sections -- comment from COUNT US!
Typical Indiana Interstates only provide access points at State and Federal Highways. Monroe County Can expect 5 or less access intersections to and from I-69. |
