The roadway is planned as a raised surface with exits over
the frontage roads.
In the lower right section of this image, you see a
portion of the east side two lane frontage road. Another on the
other side can not be seen from this view. We have
ignored the exit/entrance ramps that would actually be in place at this
location for Highway 48/ Third Street.
