and as approved by the Tier 1 Federal Record of Decision?

Perspective and depth of this elevated interstate would widen this picture off the computer screen. 

The interstate lanes would be raised 18 to 25 feet above the frontage lanes seen to each side.
No drainage has been included in INDOT's drawing so far.
