COUNT US! County Under New Terrain I=69
Eminent Domain Issues:

Charles K Ramsden, Jr. (812) 863-4474,  has contributed to our knowledge regarding property condemnation and owner's rights.

Charles approached Mitch Daniels at the final primary debate.  Daniels put Charles in touch with the member of his staff that is doing the research on I-69 issues.  We find Mitch Daniels "creative funds" ideas for purchase of our homes very unsatisfactory!

REGARDING I-69 FUNDING Charles Ramsden has had some interesting conversations with Republican Governor Nominee Mitch Daniels and Daniels' office.

At the final Republican primary debate,  Mitch Daniel's  said to a small group of COUNT US! members that he was considering I-69 as a Toll Road.

Charles Ramsden, Jr. also reported that Daniels spoke with him regarding the possibility of paying for persons land taken by eminent domain--property condemnation over time rather than as a lump some.  We now believe this idea would be privatization contracts, an idea that sounded none too good to Charles, who has never had a mortgage, resents that others might profit as his options are reduced and who believes his land is surely under the Crane exit clover leaf.

Daniels referred Charles to Gina Eelsanto.  Gina Eelsano is DANIEL'S I-69 SPECIALIST.

She told Chuck to look up:

1.  The acronym "TIFIA", she said, do a Yahoo search:

2.  Gina Eelsano also suggested that he look at the website  WWW.RPRPP1 or www.rprpl.com or www.rprppI.com .    (He was not sure if the last letter is 1, L or I.)  Charles does not give up easily.  Months later he talked to another in the the Daniels camp as Gina Eelsano has left the Daniels campaign.  Charles now believes the acronym to be RIPTA
