Be Kind Hearted: 
      It is our hope to create a peaceful tour of the New Terrain routes.  We want every person to feel welcome who will feel the effect of any of the new terrain I-69 routes.  We want to see and feel the kinship from our common choice to reside in South West Indiana and from the common peril that our Government has put upon our homes and lives.  It is hoped that those who  feel anger would respect the peace of the region and let us express our strength in powerful scenes of beauty and clearly spoken truths to the news media who will cover our event.

To Educate:
      The state funds required to build and preserve the new terrain routes will come from the same budget to fill a pot hole in South Bend or to build a needed bridge in Logansport or Tell City. 

     We hope prior to this event to tell those who don't know, "your house is on the path".  Maps must get to those who will lose the most: the people whose homes have been identified as in the way of The O'Bannon/ Kernan I-69 new terrain highway.  We guess only a very small percent of those who should know, do.  We suspect vague media maps are a tool used by INDOT to keep us ignorant until it is too late.

      With your participation in the I-69 Tour of the New Terrain Routes, we intend to generate state and perhaps nation wide attention.  We expect broad coverage by all media.   We will point out the Governmental deceit of an EIS "Environmental Impact Study"  that chooses a route with the most harm to things environmental at a cost of $1, 000,000,000 (that is one billion) more than the least destructive upgrade of IN-41 / I-70.  Not building the highway would save $1.8 Bil. and have zero negative environmental impact.  Money spent on a new terrain I-69 will not be available for upgrades and improvements for existing highways and roads in Indiana.

To Motivate:
We can make our government do the right thing through awareness.  Our freedoms to assemble, to free speech and a free press along with the right to vote must still work.  Your participation in this event will require so little from you and we hope will bring you much joy.  You must inform your neighbors of the route near or over their homes.   Please join this tour in the planning stages, at it's Evansville point of beginning, at the Hoosier Picnic Concert, or at your driveway.  Please bookmark and check back here for future details of our   I-69 CARR  Car Rally Tour.  If you can help  write us  now and volunteer!

The Count Us  I-69 Touris being organized to bring together all who call for Common Sense and Responsible Government.  To create a powerful voice for our natural areas and the lives of hoosier voters.  We demand  responsible leadership that spends our taxes wisely and maintains the existing roads across this state. 

  Go to your local library, Find the INDOT " I-69 EIS" and pinpoint your house.  We guess less than 5% of the persons who will lose their homes are aware of this situation.  INDOT has made it almost impossible to find informative maps on the web.  If you want your home to be condemned for this project, do nothing.
